If you are using the Smartedge system to create a border then you may need these extra pins. They have been specially designed to work with the Smartedge system. The Smartedge system does include pins as standard, but you may require more depending on the shape of your border and the surface of your lawn.The number of pins needed depends on the shape of your lawn border and stability of your turf. In normal conditions it should only be necessary to pin every third or fourth A frame. For example the small 5m Smartedge pack comes with 60 pins and 120 A frames as standard.Please Note These pins are to be used in conjunction with the Smartedge system. They will not allow you to create a lawn edge if used solely on their own.
